Auctions require special preparatory work prior to the auction, and an efficient system to open many escrows simultaneously (particularly with live auctions where all the properties are sold within a few minutes of each other). We monitor each escrow individually, provide regular reporting to the auctioneer, the buyer and the seller(s), and expeditiously close each auction.
